Effective from March 2026 for all Giełda Radom users.
Giełda Radom is a local classifieds platform dedicated to the residents of Radom and the surrounding areas. Using the service constitutes full acceptance of these terms.
1. The service is used for publishing free automotive advertisements and sales offers in the Marketplace section (Parts, Home, and Fashion/Clothing).
2. It is forbidden to add advertisements that are offensive, inconsistent with Polish law, promote counterfeit goods, or mislead regarding the actual condition of the listed item.
3. Each advertisement is valid for a period of 30 days.
The Administrator is not responsible for the content of advertisements or the outcome of transactions between users. All transactions take place directly between the buyer and the seller at their own risk.
• 1. The service uses advanced Gemini 3.0 Flash (v. 2026) artificial intelligence technology for automatic analysis of advertisement content and photo documentation.
• 2. Visual Analysis: The AI system analyzes photos of the item to detect external damage, determine condition, and match categories (e.g., part model, clothing brand and size).
• 3. Market Valuation: The presented 'Valuation bar', labels, and price estimates are the result of market data analysis.
• 4. Informational Character: AI-generated analyses are purely auxiliary and advisory. They do not constitute a valuation guarantee or final certification of item authenticity (especially in the Fashion section).
• 5. Update Cycle: Analytical data and AI ratings are updated regularly.
• 6. The Administrator is not responsible for the subjective perception of AI-generated ratings by Users or for any errors in image interpretation.
1. The 'Marketplace' section enables the publication of ads including car parts, home appliances, as well as clothing, footwear, and accessories (Fashion).
2. Exclusion of liability: The Administrator does not verify the technical condition, legal origin, or authenticity (e.g., originality of clothing brands) of listed items. The Seller bears full legal responsibility.
3. AI Market: Suggested prices and descriptions in this section are generated by AI algorithms. They are for illustrative purposes only.
